Right of Withdrawal Information
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement via email about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of returning the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to the address provided to you after we receive your withdrawal notification without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Refunds:
Refunds are subject to the relevant legal provisions. Any refunds beyond those provisions will be handled by us as follows:
Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us within 14 days with images of the product. We will gladly send a replacement order or issue a full refund.
Lost Items in Transit
By ordering from us, you agree to our shipping times. Most orders are delivered within the specified time frames; however, external factors, such as customs inspections, may cause delays. If the delivery time for your order exceeds our maximum (not average) specified time frame by 14 business days, you can contact us, and we will gladly send a replacement order or issue a full refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
GRND is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in the order. Upon request, we will confirm the delivery to the provided address, the delivery date, tracking information, and shipping carrier details for the customer to investigate the issue further.
