Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 6 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Standard international shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping worldwide on orders of €50 or more. For orders below €50, shipping costs are 5€.

Where are orders shipped from?

Our warehouses are located in China. Most orders ship from China. For specific details about your order, please contact us at support@grnd-clothing.com.

How will my package be delivered?

Delivery methods vary based on your location and the product ordered. Your package may be delivered to your home, mailbox, porch, or local post office. If no one is available to receive the package, it may be held at your local post office with a notice left at your address.

My order hasn’t arrived on time. What should I do?

If your order doesn’t arrive within 45 business days from the purchase date, please contact us at support@grnd-clothing.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.


Tracking

Why isn’t my tracking number working?

All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you within a few days of placing your order. You can track your order on our Track Order page. Ensure the code is entered correctly (copy and paste is recommended). If your order lacks a tracking number or you need further assistance, please reach out to support@grnd-clothing.com.

The tracking says "delivered," but I haven’t received my package.

Sometimes, postal services mark a package as "delivered" when it has reached your local post office. Please wait a few additional days for delivery or contact your local post office, as they may be holding your package for pickup.


Returns & Refunds

What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please send photographic or video proof to support@grnd-clothing.com. We’ll promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.


After Purchase

Can I change my shipping address or selected product variant?

If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address or chosen the wrong product variant, contact us immediately at support@grnd-clothing.com. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, so we may not always be able to make changes. If your order has already shipped, we cannot modify it or issue a refund for incorrect address entries. Please double-check all details before submitting your order to avoid issues.

My package is stuck in customs. What can I do?

Customs processes are managed by your country’s authorities, and grnd-clothing.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. If your package is held in customs, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly to request the release of your items.
